If you’re discovering us for the first time, here’s a little about me—and how Elara came to be.

Back in 2020, shortly after my husband and I welcomed our daughter into the world, I made a big leap. I left my corporate career to chase a long standing dream: building my own property management company. Starting a family and a business at the same time? Not exactly the easiest road—and, of course, there was that mysterious virus making headlines. How much trouble could it really cause? (Spoiler: a lot.)

The timing may have been far from perfect, but I was confident Elara would succeed. I’ve always thrived on challenges—after all, I was the second youngest Canadian to swim the English Channel, a 55km, 12hr06 min open water adventure! But more than determination, I brought over 15 years of experience in condominium management across industrial, commercial, and residential files. I knew the industry, I understood the gaps, and I saw a real opportunity to build something better.

Elara was created as a specialized condominium management firm. That means our technology, infrastructure, and team are all designed with condos at the core—no competing service lines, no mixed priorities. We don’t chase rental listings or dilute our focus. We're dedicated, and we believe every condominium deserves that kind of clarity and care.
One of our proudest commitments is to innovation. From the start, we’ve invested in smart systems and leading-edge technology that improve operations, streamline communication, and expand owner access to critical information. We believe in transparency, education, and continuous improvement—not just for our clients, but for the industry as a whole.

That said, none of this would be possible alone. My husband stepped away from his high-performance career to become a full-time parent, and I built a team of exceptional professionals who didn’t just believe in the vision—they helped improve it. Together, we’ve grown Elara into Alberta’s premier, women-led, family-run condo management firm.
