Document preparation timelines (upon receipt of a complete request and applicable payment):
• Regular request: Prepared within five to ten (5-10) business days
• Rush request: Prepared within three (3) business days
Documents are released upon receipt of payment.5% GST applies to all applicable fees.
Important – Legislative Timeframe: Notwithstanding the above processing timelines, the Corporation will make the requested documents available within ten (10) days of receipt of a written request, in accordance with the Alberta Condominium Property Act.
UNIT ACCOUNTS IN ARREARS
If a unit account is in arrears, this will be disclosed in the documents provided. Documents will reflect all outstanding balances unless/until the account is brought current or an approved payment arrangement or guarantee is in place.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Current owners must complete a Condominium Fee Cancellation Form to stop PAD withdrawals.
