Founder & Executive Principal — Nova Rocha
I established Elara Management with a drive for excellence first proven when I became the second youngest Canadian to swim the English Channel—covering 55km in 12 hours and 6 minutes. My philosophy is built on the belief that residential communities deserve the same elite-level precision and strategic rigor I brought to that crossing.
I founded Elara shortly after my husband and I welcomed our daughter. With his support—after he stepped away from his own career to be a full-time parent—I have been able to pioneer a firm dedicated to Condominium innovation. Together, we’ve integrated secure digital portals and preventative building frameworks that protect everyone's value.
